We start with a management review and a failure cause analysis to determine why the company is failing. Once this analysis is completed, a (long term) strategic and restructuring plan are set-up. When approved, the turnaround manager begins to implement the plan, continually reviewing its progress and make changes to the plan if needed to ensure your company returns to solvency.
